How much space do I need?
Roughly the footprint of a yoga mat while in use. When folded, it's flat enough to store under a bed or couch or against a wall.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the board and pads with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the cords or harsh chemicals.
